I wanted a lightweight hi-viz and I liked that this one didn’t look like all the others. But the lightweight stuff doesn’t really need a hood I don’t think, this one is detachable but when I took the hood off, the collar is like gigantical. In the end it just wasn’t comfortable due to that for me. But high quality and great zippers. Also these run smaller so I got a L and it fit well size wise even tho I pretty consistently take a medium.
